Terms and Conditions
Important
A few important things to discuss.
By making use of the services offered on DomWebPro you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The terms "We, we, our and us" refers to DomWebPro
- The terms "You, customer, customers, client, clients" refers to the entity making use of the services offered by DomWebPro

1. Payments & Refunds
1.1 Once-off payments are due upon invoice / quote acceptance and before domain registrations or website design and setup commences.
1.2 Before starting work on a client’s website we require a full deposit or payment on the applicable quoted amount for the website as provided by DomWebPro.
1.3 No refunds of the full deposit or payment stated in 1.2 above will be given for any reason, not satisfied with results, not what we wanted, etc. except if DomWebPro is not able to produce the service at all.
1.4 Customers are eligible for a refund of 50% of the once-off full payment amount within the first month of delivery of the final product should the services of DomWebPro not be needed any longer by the client. This is only applicable if the full service has been completed and only in the first month.
1.5 DomWebPro reserves the right to cancel and refund clients for any reason.
1.6 In the case of the monthly payment option for monthly services is chosen by the client, a deposit of three months' payments and quoted domain amount is required, together with the first monthly payment.
1.7 The deposit mentioned in 1.6 above can be refunded or used as monthly payments by DomWebPro on the customer’s account but only after 24 months, only if every monthly payment, and the correct amount thereof, was made.
2. Services
2.1 DomWebPro reserves the right to accept and refuse any single or all services to any individual, business or entity for any reason.
3. Revisions
3.1 The client will receive previews of the website and are permitted to two free revisions (in other words, two chances to make changes to the design, text, visuals and functions on the website). After these two revisions, DomWebPro will assume the contentment of the client to be correct and the latest version will be delivered as the final version to the client – published website.
3.2 If the client accepts the website at any point, the current version at that point will be delivered as the final product.
3.3 Post-delivery, revisions will not be done for the general look and functionality of the website, but we do offer a 1-hour free maintenance a month where we will update/edit text and images to the website.
4. Support
4.1 If an edit needs to be made to a client’s website due to an error of DomWebPro, we will assist you free of charge.
4.2 In the case of an emergency where website owners are required to display an announcement due to government requirements,
we will assist you free of charge.
4.3 Any support related questions can be sent via the contact tab on DomWebPro
4.4 All websites that are created by DomWebPro and are hosted with DomWebPro will receive 1 hour maintenance a month where we will update text and images on your website. This does not include changes to the look or functionality of the website.
4.5 Clients who host websites with us that were not created by DomWebPro will not receive this free maintenance.
4.6 If a client purchases a website design package but does not host with DomWebPro the client will not receive free 1-hour monthly updates or any free updates at all. If an update to the website is required a fee of R250 per hour will be charged.
5. Backups
5.1 DomWebPro makes regular backups of your website.
6. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
6.1 DomWebPro reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at any time.
6.2 It is your responsibility to regularly view the terms and conditions.
6.3 Whenever changes to the terms & conditions are updated on DomWebPro the updated version takes immediate effect on all customers.
7. Final product
7.1 On all website packages provided by DomWebPro , the final product delivered to the client is by default the finished product code, uploaded and hosted by DomWebPro and registered under the domain name agreed upon by DomWebPro and the client.
7.2 If the client wishes to receive the final product in a different way or as something else as stated in 7.1 above, this must be discussed with DomWebPro during the quotation phase.
7.3 In the case of the domain, website setup and design option, the client will receive a copy of the website code after the domain registration is done and access to the website once the first proof is ready to be checked and approved.
7.4 In the case of the monthly services option – hosting, email accounts etc. the client will receive immediate access to the services if the payments are done and up to date.
8. Domain and Hosting
8.1 DomWebPro is a webhost reseller of various web hosting and web design resellers and programs.
8.2 DomWebPro does not accept any loss of any kind.
8.3 DomWebPro is not responsible for any loss of clients, profit, members and/or data.
8.4 DomWebPro is not responsible for hosting errors, domain errors, service downtime, service maintenance, etc.
8.5 We simply create a sub account on our reseller’s platform on behalf of our clients with their information, i.e. address, full name, phone number. Thereafter we purchase a domain name and add hosting for our clients.
8.6 You are welcome to host with another host.
8.7 If you no longer wish to host with us, you must give 30 days’ notice to move your domain to another client, costs may be incurred for this service.
8.8 Failure to pay hosting fees within 10 days of payment due date will result in a website suspension. This means you won't be able to view your website until you have paid us in full for the amount due.
8.9 Failure to pay yearly domain renewal fees will result in your domain being suspended, which means your website will be taken down from the internet.
9. Referral program
9.1 Customers who refer a client to us are eligible to receive a discount on a website design package.
9.2 Pre-existing clients who refer a client to us are eligible for a discount on their yearly hosting fee.
10. Emails
10.1 Emails between us and the client will only be used as a form of communication.
10.2 We do not store client emails in an emailing list or use them for any other purpose than communication between the client and us.
10.3 We do, however, keep an offline record of the client's email and the website associated with it, this is just used for verification purposes if a client wants to do business after website delivery.
10.4 Emails collected from the newsletter will be stored on our servers indefinitely
10.5 Emails will only be used to notify subscribers of upcoming deals, new deals and or announcements.
10.6 DomWebPro will not sell, distribute or lease subscriber emails to any party.
